The Old Fire Station

One of Warminsters more interesting buildings dating from 1905, it was constructed for, and used by the Towns retained Fire Fighters. Unfortunately, with no sleeping facilities, there was no requirement for a pole! The building remains largely unchanged from the original Plans and drawings, copies of which are displayed at the studio. As times changed, fire appliances increase in size and larger premises were required.
